Our 11 years of experience in employability provision has equipped us with an in-depth understanding of provider needs within employability, job brokerage and training service provision and the delivery of that provision to multi-cultural inner city communities and the targeting of minority groups within those communities. NVQ training services are provided in accordance with individual needs and delivered on a one-to-one basis as we appreciate the difficulty of making staff available for whole day training sessions – therefore our service is tailored to your needs. NVQ trainees will attend the First Call Training Force Centre at St Luke’s in Canning Town, Newham E16 where they will receive targeted and personalised assistance to ensure they achieve the qualification via an intelligent tailored process and within a realistic time frame. With our own expertise within the industry, relevant and focused training provision can be delivered by qualified instructors with personal current and continuing expertise within the Advice & Guidance and Customer Service industries.
