I was looking for work and it was recommended to me to contact First Call Training Force Ltd. I did and was given an interview quickly and efficiently. Thank you all once again for the excellent service you provide. I thought you would be pleased to know that following on from the communications course John is currently putting his new skills into practice.
We have been experiencing considerable problems with the software on the scanner John is operating and I have been able to confidently leave the online support and remedy to him.
I cannot remember ever being able to have this much confidence in a sixteen year old. While John is mature way beyond his years I have no doubt that his confidence is due in no small part to the Communications Course and your trainer’s influence.
John has since attended the First Aid Course and I must admit to having some reservations in sending a sixteen year old on this course. Once again with the trainer’s help it proved to be the right decision.
