OUR TEAM

One of our main strengths at First Call Training Force Ltd is our position within the community we serve. Not only are we based right at the heart of Newham but so too are our team members. Our policy is to recruit & train from the wealth of resources that exists within the local community. By investing in community members via funded projects we ensure long term value for money and quality sustainable regeneration.

Our advisors are fully trained and qualified, and reflect the cultural mix of the community to which they belong. This policy provides great advantages by removing many immediate barriers of exclusion (‘them and us’) as the community is serving the community (‘us & us’). Local customs are observed and cultures respected, communication is swift and effective and the requirement for change and ‘Professional Polish’ is more easily accepted.

By re-investing their skills and knowledge into their own community, our team members contribute to the regeneration of this deprived inner city community by helping fellow residents achieve long term sustainable employment.
