- Making referrals to appropriate support links as required.
By working with Jobcentre Plus, through advertising and job fairs, and by making use of our excellent links into community groups and fellow support agencies, we can access a much wider pool of candidates from all sectors of the community. These will include candidates who are currently working and seeking to move on, as well as community members seeking to re-enter the workplace after an absence.
As an employment facilitator we also are able to prepare clients for the employment you offer in a tailored programme, ensuring that targeted and relevant information is provided so candidates can make quality decisions regarding employment choices and applications.
