First Call Training Force Ltd is an NVQ accredited centre and  employment facilitation company providing full employment preparation training, in work support and NVQ training & support for employees & residents of multi cultural communities in areas of social & economic regeneration.

The service is delivered via a well trained and professional work force who continually strive to expand their knowledge and understanding of the varied and complex community & employer issues/needs, to ensure quality of service whilst providing equality of opportunity and also identify needs for change and continual improvement, thereby meeting the ongoing needs of all our clients.
