First Call Training Force Ltd is an experienced basic skill assessor with 5 years experience of providing basic skill assessments for Jobcentre Plus in Newham.

Our basic skill clients are referred to us and receive an assessment in a supportive and respectful environment that provides confidential guidance and feedback as well as appropriate basic skill referral. All clients are given the opportunity to utilise the employment support and referral services we provide and in many cases clients have been re routed into employment from the job seekers register.

All First Call Training Force Ltd clients can access a confidential basic skill assessment and receive appropriate referral if required.
